Events

The majority of our lectures are held in the Symposium Room at Airbus Central Entity in Blagnac, and we welcome both members and non-members of the RAeS.

To gain entry to the Airbus site you will require an Airbus security pass (minimum age 18 years old).

If you do not hold an Airbus security pass, please email pass@RAeS-Toulouse.org or telephone 06 03 85 28 82 before 09:00 on the Friday before each lecture to arrange for a temporary security pass to be produced. Unfortunately we will not be able process any pass requests received after this deadline.

On arrival at the Airbus Reception you will be required to show photo identification, eg a passport, this will then be exchanged for your temporary security pass.

If you regularly attend lectures you can be put on the list of regular attendees which is submitted to Airbus before each lecture, therefore saving you from having to ask us each month. Please email pass@RAeS-Toulouse.org if you wish to be added to this list.

If your name is on the regular attendees list and are unable to attend a lecture, it would be appreciated if you could contact us in advance to avoid excess security passes being produced.

After each lecture, members join the speaker for dinner. If you wish to go for dinner (cost €30-35) please email dinner@RAeS-Toulouse.org or telephone 06 03 85 28 82, preferably 24 hours before the lecture.
